Mdubane Energy Services (PTY) Ltd. was established in 2005 as a broad based consortium of black owned and managed companies to secure business deals and venture into minerals and energy industry

Qfuel & Energy (Ply) Ltd and
Akwaba Energy Supply (Ply) Ltd.

The three companies bring together a combination of highly diversified managerial experience and petrochemical engineering skills. The Mdubane (Pty) Ltd head office is based in Durban, Kwazulu Natal, Province in South Africa. It aims to become a major investor and business partner in leading petroleum companies.

JABU DLAMINI: CHAIRMAN

Jabu Dlamini gained leadership skills from diversified fields of business management. He hails from on insurance and oil industry background. His business acumen and management skills are traceable to institutions such as Metropolitan Life, African Life, Engen Petroleum Services, Total S.A and Excrell.
He spent 16 years in the Insurance Industry as on employee in which time he served in various management positions. During this period he performed his duties with distinction and diligence.
In 1991 he ventured into the retail business sector, owning service stations where he dealt with Southern Africa oil companies.
In 2000 he took on even bigger step and bought a storage sole distribution company called PMS Petroleum Services, with distribution of diesel, fuel, oil and lubricants to the midlands area of Kwazulu Natal. Since 1991 he has invited and assisted a number of emerging entrepreneurs to improve their business acumen within the oil industry. In 2005 he became the co-founder of Mdubane Energy Services (Pty) LTD, a consortium of three companies
established to increase the participation of BEE companies in the energy sector.
 

SERGE ADANDE : MANAGING DIRECTOR

Serge is a petroleum engineer and has acquired 19 years experience in the petrochemical industry in Ivory Coast and South Africa. Serge specialized in bitumen process technology and related quality assurance systems. He worked for Engen as bitumen technical manager, providing customer support in sales and marketing.
In the past four years. Serge has served as managing director of the firm. His portfolio is the manufacture of various bituminous products such as emulsions and polymer modified bitumen. Serge has also been appointed as bitumen technical consultant for international companies. He holds BA Degree and Bsc (Hons) in Petrol Chemical from the University of Kansas. USA and completed MBA degree with Henley Management (UK).Manufacturing
